This is where it justifies itself. The working lift runs between floors, the rooms are furnished for actual play, and the vehicles give a child something to move through the space. It is a proper playset in the old sense, a place where scenarios happen, not a static build. The breadth of it, multiple levels, multiple vehicles, multiple rooms, is exactly what keeps a set like this in rotation long after simpler boxes are shelved.

The parts haul is the other quiet strength.
